Responsibilities: •Customer invoicing and payment processing. •Appointment scheduling. • Reconcile bank statements and vendor statements. • Bill payment and record keeping. • Sales Tax reporting. Qualifications and Education Requirements: •Excellent knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable practices • Ability to multi-task, provide exceptional accuracy and organization • Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality • Excellent customer service/phone skills. Preferred skills: QuickBooks knowledge, accounting, organization, communication skills. Note: This is a full-time (40 hours/week), non-benefitted position.
