Responsibilities: •Customer invoicing and payment processing. •Appointment scheduling. • Reconcile bank statements and vendor statements. • Bill payment and record keeping. • Sales Tax reporting. Qualifications and Education Requirements: •Excellent knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable practices • Ability to multi-task, provide exceptional accuracy and organization • Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality • Excellent customer service/phone skills.
