NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

by Staff Writer

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Modoc Local Agency Formation Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the following item:

  1. The 2025-2026 Final LAFCo Budget to make a final determination by the LAFCo Commission. Any person may be heard regarding the increase, decrease, or omission of any item from the budget or for the inclusion of additional items.

The Executive Officer Report will be available for review on the LAFCO webpage at www.modoclafco.org five days prior to the hearing. The contact person is Jennifer Stephenson, Executive Officer who may be reached at (310) 936-2639 or by email at jennifer@pcateam.com.

The public hearing will be held in the Alturas City Council Chambers at 200 North Street in Alturas on the 3rd day of June 2025 at 4:00 P.M., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
