NOTICE OF INTENT

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of the Pit River Tribal Housing Boards intent to file an application for Federal Assistance with the Rural Utilities Services.  The Rural Utilities Services is administered by the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development.  Pit Tribal Housing Board is applying for a Rural Utilities Service loan and grant for the purpose of a small community water system for the XL Rancheria in Modoc County, CA.  For additional information you may contact the Pit River Tribal Housing, 20300 Fir Street, Burney Ca 96013,
