LOCAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN AND
BUDGET INSPECTION HEARING NOTICE
Fiscal Year 2025/2026
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ED CODE 52062 AND 42127
The governing board of Susanville School District will conduct a Public Hearing in accordance with Education Code, Section 52062 for the 2025-2026 Local Control. Accountability Plan (LCAP), and the 2025-2026 LCAP Annual Update, and the Budget Overview for Parents and in accordance with Education Code, Section 42127 for the 2025-2026 Budget, on June 17, 2024. The Public Hearing will commence at 5:30 p.m. at Susanville School District, 109 South Gilman Street, Susanville.
The proposed Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), the LCAP Annual Update, Budget Overview for Parents, and the District’s Budget will be available for Public Inspection at Susanville School District, 109 South Gilman Street, Susanville. From 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on June 13th, 16th & 17th, 2025.
The adoption of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), LCAP Annual Update, and the District’s Budget will be held on June 18, 2025, 5:30 p.m. at Susanville School District 109 South Gilman Street, Susanville. Published in the Modoc County Record on June 12 and 19, 2025.
