NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Modoc County Board of Supervisors will accept bids for the delivery of Asphaltic Emulsion for the Modoc County Road Department. Bid documents for Material Contract #25-001 may be obtained at the publicpurchase.com website and the Modoc County Road Department office, 202 W 4th St. Alturas CA 96101. Bids will be received digitally on publicpurchase.com or at the office until 9:00 a.m., on Tuesday, May 6, 2025at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the conference room at the office. The County of Modoc reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in the bids.
