Planning and Service Area 2 Area Agency on Aging (PSA 2 AAA)
on the 2025 – 2026 Area Plan Update
The PSA 2 AAA Area Plan Update identifies the nature and scope of a continuum of services for older and disabled adults under the Older Americans Act (OAA). The Area Plan Update proposes the following contracted programs and services:
- Congregate Meals
- Home Delivered Meals
- Transportation
- Information and Assistance
- Legal Services
- Family Caregiver Support Programs
- Evidence-Based Health Promotion
In addition, the Area Plan Update proposes a continuation of the following direct programs and services offered by PSA 2 AAA:
- Long-Term Care Ombudsman
- Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP)
- Information and Assistance
- Community Education
- Coordination
- Program Development
- Family Caregiver Support Programs
- Elder Abuse Prevention Education
- Disaster Preparedness
