Revved Up for the Fourth: Diamond Mountain Speedway Hosts Two Nights of Racing and Fireworks

Local race fans can expect two nights of fast cars and fireworks this Fourth of July weekend at Diamond Mountain Speedway.

Berglund Racing Promotions is hosting its annual Independence Day show Friday and Saturday, with grandstand events starting at 4 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Saturday. Fireworks are scheduled for Friday night after the races.

Race classes include IMCA modifieds, sport mods, stock cars, hobby stocks, mini stocks, dwarf cars and the Sierra Nevada Sprint Car Series.

General admission is $15, with discounts for kids and seniors. Children under 5 and veterans get in free. Cash or check only will be accepted at the gate.

Food will be available in both the grandstands and pit areas.
