The Surprise Valley Service Club had the pleasure of serving Modoc’s cherished elders during the annual Senior Lunch at the Modoc County Fair over the weekend. It was a heartwarming event filled with laughter, stories, and, of course, delicious food!

Surprise Valley Service Club expressed their gratitude to everyone who joined in on the special occasion and made it a memorable experience. “A special thank you goes out to the Alturas Rotary Clubs for their generous support in purchasing the ingredients for the meal” they shared on their Facebook page. This collaboration between clubs highlights the strong sense of community in Modoc, and the shared commitment to service that is so valued.
