Modoc County Jail Updates: Recent Bookings and Incidents Highlight Varied Charges and Bail Amounts

Modoc County Jail:

As of Tuesday morning, there are 27 people in the Modoc County Jail, three females and 24 males. Jail capacity is 43. There is one additional incarcerated person currently serving time in another facility.
03/08/24:


LYONS, Kevin John (age 73, Alturas), arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear; booked and released on signed promise to appear, MCSO.
03/12/24:


BALES, Clark Matthew (age 64, Alturas)
Arrested for violation of probation; booked and released on signed promise to appear, MCSO.


03/13/24: BRAFF, Israel Bosano (age 53, Alturas), arrested for embezzlement; booked and held on $20,000 bail, APD.
ZHANG, Chunxian (age 47, Sacramento, CA, arrested for cultivation of marijuana with priors; booked and held on $50,000 bail, MCSO.


WU, Fudeng (age 49, Sacramento, CA), arrested for cultivation of marijuana with priors; booked and held on $50,000 bail, MCSO.


BUDMARK, Marie Alyce (age 28, Alturas), turned in to serve sentence for violation of probation, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct/alcohol conviction; booked and held without bail, MODOC SUPERIOR COURT.


GOULDEN, Zachary Robert (age 29, Alturas), turned in to serve sentence for violation of probation conviction; booked and held without bail, MODOC SUPERIOR COURT.


03/14/24: KAMINETZKY, Esther Raque (age 20, Alturas), arrested for domestic battery; booked and held on $5,000 bail, APD.

TOWNSEND, Joel Louis Jr. (age 18, Fort Bidwell, CA), arrested for disorderly conduct/alcohol, and trespassing; booked and released on signed promise to appear,
MCSO.


03/15/24: ARNETT, Harlan Stuart (age 31, Markleeville, CA), arrested on a felony warrant for failure to appear; booked and held without bail, MODOC SUPERIOR COURT.

HALL, Leandre Javonte Dewitt (age 30, Alturas), arrested for DUI, driving without a valid license, and on an out of county misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear; booked and held on $7,000, APD.
03/16/24: BREDEAU, Daylen Michael (age 26, Reno, NV), arrested for criminal threats, domestic battery, and DUI; booked and held on $30,000 bail, CHP.
