Friday April 12th

Shop at Veterated

Federated Thrift Shop is open Tuesday-Sat. 10:00-12:00 for warm clothing, household items and more. Located on North St. Alturas

Bingo Bunch at Vets Hall So. Main St. Alturas on Fridays from 12-3; Newcomers are always welcome

Saturday April 13th:

Little League Opening day starts with a pancake breakfast at 8 am. Opening ceremony begins at 9 am and the first game begins at 10 am. There will be concessions from 9am-6pm.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3327 is holding their monthly meeting on Sat 13th of April at 10:30 AM. We will be holding elections for the new fiscal year. Come on out and bring a friend. We are always looking for new members that are qualified to join this small but awesome post of Veterans.   For more information,  you can contact Edwin Allert, Quartermaster for the Post at 530-640-3578.

Monday April 15th: 

Country Jam Night: Alturas Country Jam welcomes the public to enjoy the music on Monday evenings from 6:30-9 pm at the Federated Church, 307 East 1st St., Alturas. Bring your voice and instrument or come to just listen. Admission is free. Donations go to the church and for supplies. Everyone is welcome.

Tuesday April 16th:

 Join Crazy Quilters: Gather with the Modoc Crazy Quilters on Tuesdays from 9 am-3 pm the Federated Church in Alturas. Come and go as you please, bring a project or just come to visit.

Wednesday April 17th:

Faith Bible Church Awana Club meets tonight from 5:45 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. 

at Faith Baptist Ministry Center, 810 West Carlos St., Alturas.

Pizza will be served. Ages 3 yrs. through 6th grade.

Kindergarten sign ups! 

Kindergarten open enrollment will begin on April 25th at Alturas Elementary School.  Please come to our office and get your Enrollment packets and join us on April 25th for Our Kindergarten Round up. Any Questions call AES @ 530-233-7201.
