Modoc Performing Arts Theatre presents “The Addams Family”

MPAT will be presenting their fall musical “The Addams Family” at the ACT Niles Theatre showing April 18- 21. The Addams Family Book is written by Marshall Brickman & Rick Elice with Music and Lyrics by Andrew Lippa.

In the eccentric and delightfully macabre world of “The Addams Family” musical, the timeless tale unfolds with a captivating blend of humor, darkness, and heart. The central focus is on the unorthodox yet deeply loving Addams clan, including: Gomez Addams, the dashing and devoted patriarch with a penchant for the morbidly romantic. Morticia Addams, his bewitchingly elegant wife, who exudes an aura of mystery and allure. Wednesday Addams, their fiercely independent daughter, navigating the complexities of young love. Uncle Fester, the eccentric uncle with a penchant for mischief and eccentric inventions. Lurch, the towering and enigmatic butler, whose loyalty to the family knows no bounds. And of course, the assorted quirky relatives and spectral visitors who populate the Addams’ eerie abode.

Please join MPAT as they put on their beautiful music for our community. Doors open at 7 pm and the musical will begin at 7:30. The Sunday matinee on April 21st doors will open at 2:30 and the musical will begin at 3 pm. Tickets will be sold at the door with Adults at: $17 Senior/Students $12 and children 4 and under are FREE.
